Regional Organizing Extravaganza!

Get excited about organizing with LA Forward in 2021! Over the last month, LA Forward leaders have been designing a new structure to support our issue groups and regional (aka neighborhood) groups. If you've ever participated with any of LA Forward's regional groups (or wish you had done so!), you're invited to kick off the year in this convening of ALL regional groups, together in one place. Members will:

  • have space to share organizing opportunities they might be interested in exploring with others in 2021, and

  • hear about how organizing through regional groups (and issue groups) will evolve this year.

A majority of our budget comes from our members’ monthly donations. In 2024, our goal is to raise 70% of our budget from dues-paying members. That will enable us to be 100% accountable to people like you. Your gift allows us to respond rapidly to emerging issues, to take on powerful interests, and spend as little time possible on fundraising so we can focus on the crucial work that needs to get done every day.
