CD13 Community Gathering

Are you a community member within the boundaries of LA City Council District 13 (CD13), currently represented by Councilmember Hugo Soto-Martinez? We’re bringing residents together to build relationships with other CD13 constituents who are eager to make Los Angeles a fair, flourishing place for everyone who lives here. This is the beginning of a community organizing cycle that aims to meet with Councilmember Soto-Martinez’s office within the first three months of 2023. Join in at the beginning of this process! No organizing experience required.

Location will be in Elysian Park (zip code 90039) and will be shared with folks who RSVP!

A majority of our budget comes from our members’ monthly donations. In 2024, our goal is to raise 70% of our budget from dues-paying members. That will enable us to be 100% accountable to people like you. Your gift allows us to respond rapidly to emerging issues, to take on powerful interests, and spend as little time possible on fundraising so we can focus on the crucial work that needs to get done every day.
